I had a wonderful experience working with the Marchena Team throughout my home purchase. They were consistently responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, and they always took the time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process clearly. I appreciated their communication and guidance throughout what can be a very detailed and sometimes tedious process. They helped make everything feel much more manageable and brought the purchase to a successful closing. I absolutely recommend the Marchena Team to anyone looking for a responsive, trustworthy, and supportive real estate team. Thank you again for all of your help!

Anita and Michael helped us through the entire process of selling our property with kindness and professionalism. They made sure all our concerns were taken care of. It was a great experience and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Michael and Anita are by far two of the greatest people I have had the pleasure to meet and work together with! They continually go above and beyond not only while listing/selling my last residence but years after. I wish they did business in TX as they set such a high standard that is unmatched!

What a delight it was working with Anita and Michael. From one experienced Realtor to another, you were both fabulous. This home on Sparkling Drive was meant for my clients. It literally waited for them. Thank you for always staying in touch and for the clear and consistent communication. Everything went so smoothly considering my Buyers had to sell their home in Las Vegas. The Oasis in Menifee is the perfect community for them and they love their new home. We look forward to working with you both again.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional support that my real estate broker, along with their team, has provided to both Tom and me. Their commitment goes beyond just closing deals; they genuinely care about the well-being of every individual they encounter. From day one, it was clear that their priority is not just about making a sale, but about ensuring that their clients feel valued and understood. They take the time to listen, provide guidance, and celebrate each milestone with us. Their dedication to seeing people succeed is truly inspiring. If you are looking for a team that prioritizes your needs and goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are not just professionals; they are a supportive community that truly cares about helping you achieve your dreams.

Hi just wanted to say from the moment I talked to Michael and Anita I felt comfortable with picking them to help sale my house. It wasn't an easy decision for me but they made me feel comfortable about it with no pressure. I felt confident in everything they told me from day one to the last day of closing. They communicated very great. Every time I had a question there was not a single time that they did not respond or answer a question that I had or a doubt that I had. I am truly very grateful for the help that they provided during this whole process of selling my house and I'm definitely definitely gonna reach out to them once again once I'm ready to purchase a new home. God bless

We purchased a 2nd home my wife and I purchased (2/28/2020). I must say this dynamic duo Real Estate team was absolutely amazing...From start to finish, seamless, flawless...Anytime I needed them, they were there....We initially called them on Super Bowl Sunday, we immediately drove out from Los Angeles to Menifee and they met us there to look at the home, wrote up the offer the following day, that night, offer accepted, the rest is history....100% recommend--5 Stars

Anita and Michael are wonderful people and very knowledgeable realtors and we can only recommend them!

The Marchena Home Team helped us find our perfect home! They were SO easy to work with and very family friendly. Michael and Anita kept us in the loop with everything that went down and made our first time buying experience a great one and our first home sold a fantastic one! Anita and Michael are absolutely fantastic to work with. They guided us through the selling and buying process. They had an open line of communication with us and kept us involved every step of the way. They priced our home appropriately for the market and were able to get multiple bids, all over asking price. They were diligent and helped us secure the house of our dreams (even though it wasn't active on the market). They made a stressful escrow process, less stressful and made sure our needs and concerns felt heard and understood. I don't know if we will ever buy/sell again, but if we do, we can't wait to work with Team Marchena again! Not only are they our go to realtors but they have became apart of our family. Thank you for all that you did for our family! We appreciate it all.

Throughout the entire process of selling our home, choosing the Marchena Team proved to be the best choice we could have made. Their professionalism and enthusiasm was outstanding! We would recommend them to anyone selling their home!

Anita Marchena helped us with the purchase of our home in Wildomar. She went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home for us. Four years later, we decided to sell and make our move back to Redding so Michael helped us with the sell. He did an awesome job showcasing our home for the internet. Four days later it was SOLD and above asking price. He did everything possible in trying to get us top dollar and a sound buyer. We would highly recommend the Marchena Home Team! Sincerely, Tom and Angela Dillard

Anita and Michael were great throughout our buying process. I tend to worry and stress over everything so buying a house was no different. They put my mind at ease every time I was feeling anxious. They continued to be with us throughout the whole process and still reach out here and there to check in with us even though we have been in our house for a little over a month now. We are super excited to be back in CA in our new home. We are looking forward to many memories made here. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family looking for a new home or ready to sell theirs.

Mike and Anita were so friendly and helpful throughout the house-selling process. They kept us abreast of each update, and guided us through the process seamlessly, which meant a lot to us first-time house sellers! When we had questions, they answered them completely, quickly, and graciously. I so appreciate them both, and highly recommend the Marchena Home Team, whether you're buying or selling!

Michael and Anita are amazing! We recently decided to sell our home in Murrieta and were very nervous to do so. We met with Michael and Anita one Saturday and they were so down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. A short time meeting with them we decided to list the home and with their guidance the home sold quickly. It is hard to find such great honest hard working individuals in this crazy world today. Thank you again Michael and Anita from our family to yours.

Michael & Anita’s Motto is Spot-On Accurate! I had 99 problems, but my realtor wasn’t 1 of them!!! Awesome Agents and as a Seller, I interviewed several agents before selecting Michael and I instantly felt connected with Michael and his passion for helping me, the seller, get the most out of my property and as quickly as possible. He was always available for the questions that I had and had several resources as well when I needed some additional services to get the house ready to sell. And all of his resources shared the same dedication to me, the Seller, with regards to customer support, willingness to arrive quickly and all very professional. I felt very well represented and confident that they had my best interest in mind and will ALWAYS use Michael and Anita Marchena for all my home purchases/sales! I cannot recommend them highly enough and you will be hard pressed to find a better team and genuine, caring, passionate and aggressive agents out there, anywhere! Thank you Michael and Anita Marchena! Many Blessings to you and your team! Mike Holler

We highly recommend Michael and Anita. They recently helped sell our home, not only over asking price, but opening escrow just days after it was listed. They did a phenomenal job capturing and advertising our home. They made the process incredibly easy, quickly responding to any questions and educating us along the way. We felt like they were looking out for our best interests throughout the entire process. We will work with them again in any future home sale or purchasing needs.

we have never purchased a home and have hurd of horror stories of experience when family and friend had purchased a home. From the first time I talked to Mike regarding the possibility of owning a home. He step up never failed to be there when ever I had any questions or doubts from 12 noon to 12 midnight. I would gladly refer mike to family and friends.

Being young first time home buyers my husband and I were not sure where to start. We were told to get ahold of Michael and that was our best decision. He answered every question we had and was very flexible and responsive if we wanted to see a house. We bought our home in 2015 and not only did Michael and Anita become our forever real estate team but they became our forever friends as well. 5 years later.. Michael and his wife Anita are the official dream team. We called them wanting to sell our home and within weeks we had it up for sale and in within 3 days on the market we had over 36 showings and about 10+ offers. Throughout the chaos of a worldwide pandemic Michael and his team did their magic and got us into escrow for 20k over asking. They made it such a smooth process and we were able to sit back and trust in them. This was the second time using the marchena home team as they were our original realtors when we found this house. It was bitter sweet saying goodbye to the house but we trust in his team to yet again find us another beautiful home. They are always there for us day and night for any and all questions we may have. They are the true dream team.
